Good Morning, honey!
A sumptuous breakfast buffet as you would expect. Open from 7:30 - 10:30 a.m., but the athletes enjoy their first coffee beforehand. From freshly baked breads from the local bakery to warm muffins and brioche. Fresh egg dishes directly from the show kitchen, even a little chat is included or we bring it directly to the table. And of course there are plenty of vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives.
But first a snack!
Back from sport? Or rather from the Sky Spa? :-) No matter, you've earned a snack in between! In the afternoon from 14:30 - 17:00 we spoil you with our varied buffet. Would you prefer just a slice of cake from our patisserie, together with a delicious cappuccino? Or something hearty and warm? There's something for everyone.
It's best in the evening
Oh yes, because after the aperitivo on the sun terrace or in the lobby, it's finally time to head to the restaurant. You're spoiled for choice... would you prefer traditional South Tyrolean or veggie and Mediterranean? We have our own veggie menu. So you can easily put together your own 5-course tasting menu. There are special menus for guests with intolerances. In summer, we surprise you with cool events in the garden.
